What is difference about Thermal Imaging Inspection and a “Home Inspector’s” Inspection?
There is No Comparison, a typical Home Inspector is not Certified with any governing body (as of 2009) and only performs a visual inspection based on the experience of the inspectors own knowledge of construction.
Whereas Thermography by a Thermographer trained and Certified with either Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification is recognized by the governing body within Canada. Training in Canada at: the Snell Group
